MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING

by William Shakespeare
Directed by:
Monday 15 to Saturday 20 July 2019
Fountain Gardens, York House

True love? True hate? Mistaken identities? The troops return home to the women they left behind. But as mischief and villainy intervene, will true love survive? This much loved classic ‘battle of the sexes’ is one of Shakespeare’s greatest comedies, from barbed wit to bumbling policemen. Come along and find out if Cupid’s arrows strike true. This is an outdoor production and no seats are provided. Please bring your own rugs and chairs. Our licensed bar is open before and after the performance and in the interval – do bring a picnic.
