Harvey

Harvey is a beautifully written play that will certainly provide fun and laughter through its superbly crafted situation comedy. Equally however its Pulitzer Prize credentials can only but shine through as we allow Elwood P Dowd share his philosophy on life... “Doctor, when I was a little boy, my mother used to say to me , “Elwood” - she always called me “Elwood” - “as you go through life you must be either ‘oh so smart’ or ‘oh so pleasant.’” For years - I was smart. I recommend pleasant. You may quote me.”

This amateur production is presented by arrangement with Josef Weinberger limited. The Richmond Shakespeare Society is a registered charity No. 276271, a member of the little theatre guild of Great Britain and Arts Richmond.
